These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to services provided by Bo Oscar Christoffer Aldin ("the Company").

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Fees and Payment
Fees are agreed at the time of booking. Payment shall be made in accordance with the invoice or other agreed payment instructions.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Individual sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or missed without notice, are considered used.
Missed group classes, sessions, or workshops are considered used and cannot be rescheduled.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel lessons, classes, workshops, courses, or other services due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such a cancellation, the Company will make reasonable efforts to offer a replacement session or alternative arrangement.
All types of lessons (individual, group, or other) are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless a shorter period has been agreed upon.
3. Intellectual Property
Teaching materials created by the Company are the intellectual property of the Company.
Such materials may not, without the prior permission of the Company, be copied, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes.
Teaching materials are intended for participants in the Company's lessons, courses, and workshops.
Access codes to teaching materials are intended solely for participants in the relevant paid services and should not be shared with others.
4. Learning outcomes
The Company provides its services on a best-efforts basis. Language-learning outcomes and the achievement of any particular language level cannot be guaranteed.
5. Suitability
The Company may discontinue its services to a customer if it considers that the services are not a suitable fit.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
Any dispute should first be resolved through dialogue between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or handled by a Swedish court.
